This law that was recently signed into law affects not only public school children, but homeschoolers as well. Any homeschooler that is signed up through a Charter School is under the public school umbrella and thus must adhere to this legislation.
The only way around this law is to private homeschool. You no longer receive any government funding for homeschooling, but you are also not required (at least not yet) to submit to this intrusion into our right to decide what is best for our own body.
